Thursday, 5 November 2009

• You can check in at Gustav-Streseman-Institut e. V. (GSI) from 14:00 onwards. If you are staying at the Maritim Hotel, you can check in from 15:00 onwards.

• The registration desk is open from 16:00 - 19:00 at the institute's foyer.

Friday, 6 November 2009

• You might spend the free time from 18:00 to 19:30. You can for example choose to visit the Rhine which is within a 10 minutes walking distance.

• We would like to invite you to bring something typical to your country.

Saturday, 7 November 2009

• The busses to Cologne will leave at 17:15 from the GSI in Bonn, and they will leave back to it from Cologne at 23:00. Please be on time. In case you opt for an earlier or later departure, public transport is available.

• We will discover the historic city of Cologne in a walking journey, gathered in small groups. Please bring warm and rainproof clothes with you.

Sunday, 8 November 2009

• The check out from the GSI should be done before 10:00. You can leave your luggage in a locked and safed room. At the Maritim Hotel you can check out anytime before 12:00. 

• After the closing session every participant will be provided with packed lunch. 

• There is the opportunity to take part in a guided sightseeing tour of Bonn by bus (12:00 - 14:00). If you are interested, please check this option in the registration from.
